Lindsay Lohan sentenced to 30 days in jail, to serve 6
Okay folks, we're not going to insult your intelligence by pretending you care about Lindsay Lohan, but you may be interested to know she was sentenced to 30 days in jail Wednesday for violating her probation. That's got to be worth something right? Yeah, in L.A., it's worth about six days.
Judge Stephanie Sautner gave LiLo the time with the stipulation that if she does not complete the rest of her community service under a distinct timeline, Lohan will get an additional 270 days in the cooler, TMZ reports. Because the L.A. County Sheriff's Department is the one who decided 20 percent of a sentence is about right, that means she would get about 54 more days.
Sautner said all her remaining community service hours must be at the morgue; Lindsay must complete 12 days and attend four psychotherapy sessions by Dec. 14, and another 12 days and four session by Jan. 17, then more each month until March 29. If Lindsay doesn't comply, we'll see her at the lockup for a good long while. Given her record with being unable to follow even the simplest of instructions, they should start picking out a cell for her now.
Lohan must turn herself in by next Wednesday. And she's not allowed house arrest this time. Looks like that conservative polka-dotted dress didn't work as well as she'd hoped. At least her makeup didn't look like it was done in a moving vehicle this time.
