Lindsay Lohan will be charged with felony grand theft in necklace case, report says
It may actually happen, folks -- Lindsay Lohan may end up in prison. TMZ says she's going to be charged with felony grand theft Wednesday morning, and that would not only be a major conviction, it would be a clear violation of her parole, sending her to cooler for sure. Wow, if only southern Sudan had gotten this much media coverage!
The site says LiLo will be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. Left Coast time on charges she swiped a $2,500 necklace from an L.A. jewelry store. Lohan denies the charges, of course, but what's she gonna do? Parade around town with the necklace on and get her photo taken by a paparazzi agency, proving she'd taken the item in question? Wait, that is what happened.
That kind of ruins TMZ's other item that she's in consideration for a role in the next Superman movie. Eh, it wasn't for Lois Lane, anyway, so it'll be no big loss when she doesn't get it. It's really sad, if you think about it; What kind of behavior do you expect from someone with parents like that, grew up in Hollywood and is used to just taking whatever she wants?
