Lindsay Lohan's movie 'The Canyons' rejected by Sundance, SXSW

The final nails are being driven into the coffin for Lindsay Lohan's acting career, because it looks like neither Sundance nor South by Southwest will let her softcore flick The Canyons into their film festivals. Because the movie is terrible, that's why.

"It's got an ugliness and a deadness to it," a source says of SXSW's refusal to include the Paul Schrader-directed movie, written by Bret Easton Ellis. The source said the movie suffered from sever "quality issues." Just like its star!

Movie producer Braxton Pope said SXSW hadn't given the filmmakers an official word just yet, but we all know it's just a matter of time. When copious amounts of full-frontal nudity can't save your picture, you know the forced retirement is near.
