There's another big star joining the British-led production of the third Batman movie, and this time, she's French. Marion Cotillard has signed on to costar with Anne Hathaway and Christian Bale in Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight Rises. Pleeeeeease don't say she's playing Poison Ivy.

Actually, Le Parisien newspaper doesn't spill the beans about who she's playing, but the 35-year-old isn't going to take away Anne's role as Selina Kyle. Cotillard, 35, and husband Guillaume Canet are expecting a child in April.

Cotillard's shooting begins in a London studio in June, then moves to Pittsburgh and L.A. over the summer. Because if you want to chronicle urban decay, those are two prime examples.
