Mark Wahlberg says he would have prevented Sept. 11
Saturday Night Live won't be the only ones making fun of Mark Wahlberg, who pulled a classic too-big-for-his-britches movie star quote in an interview with Men's Journal. How classic? The idiot says he would have prevented the September 11 attacks, if only he'd been on one of the planes. Yeah, he actually said it.
"If I was on that plane with my kids, it wouldn't have went down like it did," Wahlberg tells the mad. "There would have been a lot of blood in that first-class cabin and then me saying, 'Okay, we're going to land somewhere safely. Don't worry.'"
Well. All those folks on United 93 were a bunch of wimps, is what he's saying, because they crashed their plane after fighting back unarmed against those hijackers. And don't even get him started on the unfortunate folks who crashed into the twin towers, he's implying. Maybe Mark should keep his trap shut before someone reminds him the only person he ever really beat up was that Vietnamese man he blinded in that hate crime that sent him to jail as a teenager.
Wait, no, he also hit another Vietnamese guy in the head with a stick back then, and broke a neighbor's jaw for no reason when he was 21. So watch out, terrorists worldwide. Marky Mark means business.
