Megan Fox, Jessica Simpson are at opposite ends of pregnancy weight stories
Transformers refugee Megan Fox, who had a son named Noah in September, has already been seen out and about looking fantastic, but don't think it's a really big deal, because she doesn't. Why, do women have a hard time with their weight after having kids?
"I only gained 23 pounds when I was pregnant and I'm still 10 pounds heavier than I was but I don't want to kill myself trying to get back into shape because it’s not a priority right now," the 26-year-old tells the U.K.'s Mirror. "I'm too in love with Noah and I don't want to be away from him. I don't want to be at the gym, I just want to be home."
Husband Brian Austin Green is probably okay with that, but it has to be frustrating to the likes of Jessica Simpson, who has been battling critics who say she's a fat cow and dared to get pregnant again only seven months after having daughter Maxwell, potentially ruining a contract with Weight Watchers. And now the National Enquirer is saying the 20 pounds she did lose was only because of morning sickness.
"Jessica really didn't start showing a significant amount of weight loss until the last couple of months, after she became pregnant with her second child," a source told the rag. "She now believes that she conceived at the end of September!"
Maybe Jess should have a chat with Megan over how to be unnaturally thin, because that seems to be the media-accepted version of pregnancy. You snobs in the gossip press do realize carrying a human being in your body requires a little weight gain, right? You try it and let the world know if you're still at your triathalon weight.
