It’s official: One-time “Scary Spice” Melanie Brown has given birth to her daughter in California, the AP says. The 5-pound, 4-ounce bundle of joy is Brown’s second daughter — she had 8-year-old Phoenix Chi with ex-husband Jimmy Gulzar. “Baby is completely healthy with a good head of hair. Mother and baby are now resting,” a statement from Mel B’s people said. “No name has been decided on as yet, and (she) is purely known as Baby Brown!” Maybe she hasn’t been named yet because they’re trying to determine if her last name should be Murphy (as in Eddie).
