Michael Bolton demands apology from 'Dancing With the Stars' judge Bruno Tonioli
Michael Bolton is a pretty sore loser, lashing out against Bruno Tonioli and demanding an apology after the Dancing With the Stars judge called Bolton's Hound Dog routine "the worst jive in 11 seasons," Good Morning America reported Wednesday. It's not like Bruno called Mike a washed up, hairless no-talent or anything.
"You heard the tone of it. Even Len (Goodman) stopped him and said, 'That's inappropriate,' and I think he should apologize publically and be reprimanded for it," the 57-year-old singer said after getting voted off Tuesday night.
After Bolton and partner Chelsie Hightower danced to the Elvis Presley tune -- even with a dog house as a prop -- Bruno was not impressed: "I am a dog lover, but you make it so hard for me. You should have taken your bone and gone back to the dog house," Tonioli said, giving Mike a 3 out of 10. "You did it all very, very, very badly."
Mike cried about it plenty, saying, "To me, (Bruno) let everybody down. My mom was there, she flew in. She's 90 and I thought she was going to really enjoy it, and I just didn't expect that level of disrespect from him." How is performing a lousy dance number Bruno's fault? Let's see Bolton try this attitude with Simon Cowell and see how far he gets.
