Michael Jackson, Debbie Rowe aren't biological parents of kids

Tbd-arnoldklen070109 In what is to be only one more in a shocking set of allegations against Michael Jackson after his death, Us says that MJ's kids with Debbie Rowe, Michael Jr. (the one known as Prince) and Paris, are not his biological children at all -- wait, we knew that, right? Well, the daddy is apparently Dr. Arnold Klein, Jackson's dermatologist and Rowe's old boss! Billie Jean was autobiographical after all!

"He is the dad," a source tells the mag of Klein. "He and Debbie signed an agreement saying they would never reveal the truth."

Rowe had said back in 2002 that she would carry Jackson's children as a personal favor after meeting the King of Pop when she was a nurse's assistant in the '80s.

"I said, 'Let me do this. You need to be a dad. You have been so good to me,'" Us recounts. She also never confirmed her marriage to Jackson was ever consummated.

TMZ piles on top of all this by saying that Rowe was simply the surrogate mom for Michael Jr. and Paris, and that the surrogate for the youngest child, Prince Michael II (the one known as Blanket), never knew who the receiving parent was, and MJ wasn't the biological dad of that kid, either.

This causes a big problem since the site also reports that Jackson never formally adopted any of the kids, causing all sorts of legal problems. TMZ says in legal matters Jackson would be presumed to be the father, but it is contestable.

UPDATE: Meanwhile, a lawyer for the Jackson family said Tuesday that a will had surfaced and would soon be presented in court.

“I just saw the will for the first time this morning. We are in the process of reviewing it. We did not see it prior to the filing. We wish we had known about it earlier,” attorney L. Londell McMillan told the L.A. Times. He declined to comment on a Wall Street Journal report that said the document split the singer’s assets among his mother, children and several charities.

The existence of a will, and the likely appointment of an executor, could complicate a petition by Jackson’s mother, Katherine, to become the administrator of his estate. She and hated daddy Joe had said they didn't think there was a valid will. Wow, this is enough drama to keep The Juice* in business for months!
