Michael Jackson's family battles for control of kids

The Juice* has been ignoring the whole to-do with Michael Jackson's mother Katherine disappearing to Arizona for several days, but now it looks like the trip was part of a plan by MJ's siblings to undermine the agreement that made Katherine the trio's legal guardians. That's right, it's sibling rivalry gone wild! Let's see if we can pick up the pieces ...

TMZ reports there was a scene at Katherine's house Monday afternoon, when "certain Jackson family members ambushed Katherine Jackson’s home after their vehicle tore through security gates on the tails of the SUV containing Michael Jackson's children," according to a statement from Katherine's attorney. "Out of concern for the well being of Prince, Paris, and Blanket Jackson, the children were forced to temporarily leave their home and have been taken to a safe location. An altercation ensued shortly thereafter and law enforcement arrived at the scene."

Photos show Janet and Jermaine were arguing in front of the Calabasas, Calif. home after that, but the L.A. County Sheriff's Department isn't specifying who it was. The statement goes on to assert "that a plan has been in place for the last three years to remove Katherine Jackson from her home and her beloved grandchildren." The site maintains that along with Janet and Jermaine, Randy, Rebbie and Tito are in on the shenanigans.

The infighting has gotten so bad that the executors of MJ's will, whom the mystery siblings have been trying to convice Katherine are frauds, have agreed to put Prince, Paris and Blanket under temporary guardianship. They are arguing that MJ's siblings have effectively kidnapped Katherine, their guardian, so the three beneficiaries of Michael's estate need to go someplace else.

A court hearing may take place in a few days to rule on the possible change of guardian, but TMZ says Tito's son Tito Joe (usually called "T.J.") is having a lawyer write up papers to let him take care of the kids. The three children have to be okay with it under California law, TMZ says, but they apparently approve. T.J. is married with his own children, and is in a band with his two brothers, the site adds. Also, it seems he went to prom with Kim Kardashian. We don't know if that will help or hurt his case.
