Michelle Rodriguez is headed to County
“(She) admitted violating her probation by failing to provide proof of completion of her community service and for consuming alcohol three times while wearing an alcohol-monitoring device,” a statement from the L.A. City Attorney’s read.
Superior Court Judge Daviann L. Mitchell ruled that the former Lost actress will not be granted an early release, either, putting aside any idea that she’ll only serve about four hours of time, like she did in May 2006 for a two-month DUI sentence (she was in jail for two whole days in Hawaii, though). She also has to perform road clean-up duty for 30 days, giving paparazzi plenty of photo ops.
Her probation stemmed from a no-contest plea to DUI and driving without a license in two separate incidents in 2003. She has until Christmas Eve to report to jail, meaning we’ll see her again around Father’s Day 2008.
Meanwhile, according to an L.A. Times report, Snoop Dogg will only have to pick up trash and clean toilets at an Orange County park for carrying an illegal police baton through security at an airport, which is something Michelle would probably be more than glad to do.
