With word that Heidi Klum had to cancel her Halloween party because Hurricane Sandy ruined the Big Apple, we're left scrambling for this year's best costume. This isn't it, but we did get a laugh out of this photo of Miley Cyrus pretending to be Nicki Minaj.

"@NICKIMINAJ you a stupppppiddddd hoe #stupittttstupitttt" Miley tweeted along with this photo of she and a friend doing going somewhere Wednesday night. The wig and butt padding are great, but the best part is that Nicki didn't even threaten to shoot Cyrus for doing it.

"Oh my god. She is the best Nicki Minaj impersonator I've seen in my life," Minaj told USA Today. "She's adorable!" If Miley really wanted to rile her up, she should have gotten her friend to dress as Mariah Carey.
