After almost 17 years of marriage, Dermot Mulroney has filed for divorce from wife Catherine Keener, the AP reports. The 43-year-old actor cited irreconcilable differences and asked for joint custody of their 7-year-old son, Clyde. They’ve been separated since May 2005.

Mulroney just got done working with Lindsay Lohan in Georgia Rule and Keener was nominated for an Oscar a second time for Capote. Good to know they’re doing their part to keep the Hollywood divorce rate nice and high.
