Tbderiko062107 If you can’t get enough Heroes, you’ll be thrilled to know the hit NBC show is hiring six new people to play recurring roles for next season.

The Hollywood Reporter says Alias vet David Anders, who also recently worked a couple eps of Grey’s Anatomy, will be playing the part of samurai Takezo Kensei, Hiro’s boyhood hero. Kensei’s sword was a major plot device last season. Also, J-Pop star and actress Eriko Tamura will play a Japanese princess.

Back in the modern day, Barry Shabaka Henley will play Detective Fuller, a New York police officer and Holt McCallany will play Ricky, the ringleader of a group of Irish thugs.

And finally, Lyndsey Fonseca from HBO’s Big Love and Dianna Agron from Veronica Mars will play cheerleaders in SoCal, where Claire is expected to move. That should be enough to keep you going for now.
