No pickup games for Leo

Tbdleonardo051507 We’re all about land disputes of all shapes and sizes here in Florida, but check this: Leonardo DiCaprio’s Hollywood Hills neighbors are suing the actor over a basketball court, E! Online reports.

The site says Ronald and Joan Linclau want at least $250,000 in damages for trespass, removal of lateral and subjacent support of land and nuisance. Why? The couple says Leo’s basketball court, which he built in 2004, has undermined the land supporting their backyard pool.

The Linclaus say he knew the court was encroaching on their property and refused to do anything about it. No comment from the actor, but we’d think they could fix up the place fine just from the spare change in DiCaprio’s driveway.
