As if the whole having-diabetes-but-hiding-it-until-she-got-paid-to-sell-diabetes-drugs thing wasn't bad enough PR for celebrity cook Paula Deen, she and her brother are now being sued by a former employee for sexual harassment, infliction of emotional distress and assault. Good thing there aren't allegations of racism in there, too. Oh wait, there's some racist stuff, too.

Lisa Jackson, the former general manager of Bubba's Oyster and Seafood House in Savannah, Ga., alleges in a lawsuit that co-owners Deen and her brother, Bubba Hiers were pretty terrible as bosses, RadarOnline reports. Jackson was given six months to improve the eatery after the former GM was fired for having sex with a bunch of waitresses. Jackson doubled profits and worked there for five years before quitting over her maltreatment in 2010, so her bona fides are in order.

Problems began as soon as she was hired; Deen apparently said in a meeting right after Jackson was made GM, "If you think I have worked this hard to lose everything because of a piece of p----, you better think again, and now I'm going to do something I have never done I am going to put a woman in a man's job." Ironic, since Paula was a woman, last we heard.

But then Hiers spent all his time at the restaurant looking at porn on the shared office computer and sending around emails like one that said "Why Gay Marraige Should Be Legal" and featuring explicit scenes of lesbian sex. He also asked Jackson to bring in photos of herself as a young woman for him to look at and told her he wanted to replace the wait staff with "Hooters girls," the suit says.

As if that wasn't enough, she says Deen had a habit of saying racist things, such as this alleged nugget of wisdom paula gave for Bubba's wedding in 2007 while discussing what servers should wear: "Well what I would really like is a bunch of little n----rs to wear long-sleeve white shirts, black shorts and black bow ties, you know in the Shirley Temple days, they used to tap dance around. Now, that would be a true Southern wedding wouldn't it? But we can't do that because the media would be on me about that." Oh, just you wait.

And since they're siblings, Hiers got into it, too, the legal papers claim. "In the presence of Ms. Jackson and Uncle Bubba's restaurant manager and a vendor, Bubba Hiers stated they should send President Obama to the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico so he could n----r-rig it." We don't even know what that's supposed to mean, but don't think the bad press is going away anytime soon after these accusations.
