Perez Hilton, Black Eyed Peas manager settle suit

Just in time for the Black Eyed Peas' visit to Tampa, a judge has dismissed a civil lawsuit filed against the group's manager by Perez Hilton, the AP reports. Who gets to punch Hilton next?

Attorneys for Hilton and Peas' manager Liborio Molina announced in court Tuesday they had reached a settlement agreement. L.A. Superior Court Judge John S. Wiley agreed to dismiss the case but retained jurisdiction in case the settlement falls apart. The terms were not revealed, but Molina already apologized for hitting Perez last year to get him to drop assault charges.

We're sure will be more than willing to discuss this with the crowd at the St. Pete Times Forum. After all, he wasn't the one who punched Perez after the blogger called him a faggot. That's what managers are for!
