A judge last week ruled that Jennifer Lopez didn't have a case against ex-husband Ojani Noa, who has been looking to sell a tape shot during their honeymoon, so you know what that means: It's time to play the Porn Tape Price is Right!

Actually, word from Dlisted.com is that there's no actual sex on this purported sex tape, which would explain why a judge didn't seem to care. TMZ adds that Red Light District, YouPorn and PornHub all are trying to oubid each other, anyway, driving the price up to $40,000. What do they think they're trading, oil futures?

In any event, TMZ notes there's some spanking and whatever in the 1997 tape, but we greet this with a big ho-hum. What, do they think the marketing campaign for The Wedding Planner is just ramping up or something?
