Reese Witherspoon, 35, and Jim Toth, 40, are officially married, celebrating in a private ceremony Saturday at Reese's ranch in Ojai, Calif. And the 35-year-old isn't even pregnant, unlike that girl who says Ryan Phillippe knocked her up.

The stars came out for the 20-minute ceremony, People says: Renee Zellweger, Sean Penn and date Scarlett Johansson, Tobey Maguire, Robert Downey Jr. with wife Susan, and Alyssa Milano with her hubby David Bugliari all were there.

Reese's kids, 11-year-old Ava and 7-year-old Deacon, saw mom walk down the aisle to Here Comes the Bride a little late, but everything went off without a hitch. That is, as long as you're not counting the fact we weren't invited. AGAIN.
