It's not quite news about Hollywood royalty, but People says Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. are expecting their first child together. we'd be even more excited had we known where either of them had been for the last three years.

"They're very excited," the mag quotes a source, who may or may not be the couple themselves. Hey, somebody's got to do their PR.

For the record, Gellar, 31, and Prinze, 33, have been married for six years, People says. He's shooting the HBO pilot The Wonderful Maladays, which is being produced by, yep, Gellar. We'll catch up with them in about seven months before forgetting them entirely.
