She's unwed, but who are you to say that's wrong?
Oscar-nominated 17-year-old Keisha Castle-Hughes spilled the beans about her 6-week-old daughter Felicity-Amore with the New Zealand edition of Australia’s Women’s Weekly, saying she’s happy she had a child with her 20-year-old boyfriend, Bradley Hull.
“People have said to me, ‘You are only 17, what will happen to your life?’ But I’m not like most 17-year-olds,” says Keisha. “I have only lived 17 years, but I have already done so much. In the last four years alone I have done more than a lot of 40-year-olds have. I’m about as ready for this as I could ever be.”
You’ll remember Keisha from Whale Rider and playing the Virgin Mary in The Nativity Story, where she learned it was okay to go out and get pregnant at an early age.
