Snoop Dogg may get his own family sitcom
It's been awhile since Snoop Dogg starred in Snoop Dogg's Father Hood, but you'll be happy to hear he's coming back to TV. It won't be a reality show, though, but rather a family sitcom. Hey, if Ice Cube can become the next big kids movie star, the Doggfather can get his own show.
Deadline.com says Snoop is working with Don Reo to create the show in order to augment his acting career. Reo has worked on hits like Two And a Half Men, Everybody Hates Chris, My Wife and Kids and Brothers. So he knows what he's doing, is what we're saying.
We've already seen that the real Snoop, a.k.a. Calvin Broadus, is actually a loving dad, and he performed at this year's Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards, so this may actually work. We can't wait to see the episode where one of his kids gets caught with a joint at school, though.
