South Florida woman sues 50 Cent over sex video

Tbd-50cent022610 Rapper 50 Cent is being hauled into court after a South Florida woman sued him in New York City, claiming he swiped her homemade sex video and illegally distributed it after splicing himself into footage as his be-wigged alter ego, Pimpin' Curly. There is not a word of that last sentence we made up.

Lastonia Leviston, whose actual hometown is never listed in more than 300 news sources, filed a lawsuit in Manhattan claiming unauthorized use of her name or image and emotional distress caused by the public release of a video she made with a lover in 2008, the AP reports. The man in the video was blurred out, but Fiddy, who appears as Curly, appears on the video to point out she's rival rapper Rick Ross' baby mama.

"Ricky don't know how to do that!" Mr. Cent (nee Curtis Jackson) says on the video, referring to her as a "call girl" and a "nice little slut," the New York Daily News reports. Even if this lawsuit ends in a settlement, we expect Fiddy will have to start looking over his shoulder a bit more than usual.
