'Star' drops Britney-K-Fed bomb
The Scoop alerts us that Star magazine has the deets on the divorce settlement between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline, saying the pop tart has to shell out $13-million to Fed-Ex. A pre-nup said Federline would get $250k for each year they were married, but that got bumped up to $500k by Spears to hurry things along, Star says.
Also among the bullet points:
• K-Fed gets half the sale profits of their Malibu manse, which is up for bids at $13.5-million.
• Spears has to pay him $25,000 a month in child support until Jayden and Sean turn 18. He also won custody of the tots for four days each week.
• Federline can keep every gift Brit bought him during their marriage (does that include the mo’-money Ferrari he had to take back to the dealership?).
• And Kev can’t write a tell-all book about their marriage, presumably to keep her drunken ways off the printing press.
The heartbreaker of all this is the anecdote that Spears allegedly asked Kevin “Do you really want to do this?” during negotiations, to which the wannabe shouted hells yeah. That prompted Brat to reply, “You’re the biggest mistake I’ve ever made, but thank you for my babies.” Star says he had been leading her to believe they might reconcile so she would finish rehab, but that was obviously just part of Federline's scheme to appear to be the responsible one.
