Survivor: Africa's Ethan Zohn has cancer

Tbd-ethanzohn051909 While the Michael Jackson skin cancer thing may or may not be true, it's unequivocally true that former Survivor: Africa winner Ethan Zohn has a rare form of Hodgkin's Lymphoma, People reports.

He was diagnosed on April 30 with stage two Hodgkin's disease, which was amended last week to CD20-positive lymphoma, the mag says. He began chemotherapy last Friday.

"This is the ultimate game of Survivor, and there's really only one outcome, and that's to win. There's no other option." Ethan told People.

The good news is that the survival rate for this form of Hodgkin's is as high as 90 percent, and he is now undergoing an aggressive, three-month chemo plan. And since his girlfriend, Survivor: The Amazon winner Jenna Morasca is going to "fight with every fabric of my being to get him through this," we're thinking things look good.
