Taylor Lautner challenged to a push-up duel
Twilight's Taylor Lautner never wears a shirt, so he should be ready for this challenge: The owner of an RV dealership her's suing over a customized vehicle has thrown down the gauntlet, saying he'd face Lautner in a push-up battle to settle the lawsuit. We don't know about that one; Taylor is able to hold up an entire movie with his expressionless face alone.
Brent McMahon, who owns McMahon’s RV in Irvine, Calif., made the offer over the breach of contract lawsuit that Lautner filed Aug. 23 claiming the dealership failed to deliver a $300,000 RV on time for use as a dressing room on the set of the actor’s latest film, the AP reports. McMahon has denied doing anything wrong and promise to defend the case in court if the 18-year-old doesn't accept. Lautner had sought a $40,000 settlement in the case. McMahon, 47, said he would donate the settlement money to Children’s Hospital of Orange County if he won the contest.
The AP writes that Lautner’s lawsuit claimed McMahon’s failed to complete the customized RV on time, and it needed additional work after it was delivered. It didn't specifiy what upgrades Taylor wanted, although the RV had a custom paint job. Maybe the window bars to keep Kristen Stewart out weren't supplied.
