Taylor Swift was mad at Harry Styles, mentioned him at Grammys
So many people seem upset that Taylor Swift apparently called out her most recent ex-boyfriend while opening Sunday's Grammys, you'd think she'd bitten the head off a live chicken or something. But no, apparently if you used to date Taylor Swift and now don't, that sort of thing happens.
"So he calls me up and he's like, 'I still love you,' and I'm like, 'I'm sorry, I'm busy opening up the Grammys,'" she said in the middle of We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together, using a kinda-sorta Brit accent to mock the 19-year-old Harry Styles (video is on the jump). "And we're never getting back together, like, ever."
Well, Us Weekly had to go and write up something about that as quickly as possible, so they got the ubiquitous unnamed source to tell them, "They had a fight" and Styles "said something he shouldn't have … This (breakup) is definitely going to be for good." Oh no, a 23-year-old megastar singer isn't going to be dating a kid from One Direction anymore? How will she live with herself. Meanwhile, The Juice* doesn't think this is really a big deal. Not until she writes a song about him, at least.
