Tiger Woods' weiner-chucker blames movie 'Drive'
Ryan Gosling's movie Drive is in The Juice* a lot this week, but this time it's over a much more serious charge than not being like Fast and Furious: It's being blamed as the catalyst for the guy who threw a hotdog at Tiger Woods at the Frys.com Open. Way to promote violence, Ryan.
"I threw the hot dog toward Tiger Woods because I was inspired by the movie Drive," Brandon Kelly or Petaluma, Calif., told the Santa Rosa Press Democrat (via ESPN). "As soon as the movie ended, I thought to myself, 'I have to do something courageous and epic. I have to throw a hot dog on the green in front of Tiger.'"
The 31-year-old chucked the weiner at Woods in San Martin on Sunday, running onto the seventh green and tossing the dog before surrendering to police. Kelly faces a misdemeanor that would result in a fine and community service. PLUS: Tiger missed his putt.
