TMZ can put Verne Troyer sex tape back up
So the truth comes out: Ranae Shrider, the lucky (?) woman in that Verne Troyer sex tape, was the one who gave the clips to TMZ, the AP reports. And since she signed a declaration filed in federal court in L.A. saying that it was taken with her video camera, a judge has allowed TMZ to continue to scorch our eyeballs with portions of the tape.
Troyer's $20 million lawsuit against TMZ, One Night in Paris purveyor Kevin Blatt and a porn distribution company alleged the tape had been stolen. The 50-minute sex tape still cannot be sold, the judge ruled, partially reaffirming our sense of common human decency.
Shrider's statement also says she thinks she's the owner of the tape, of which Mini Me may have something to say. So far she's only told TMZ can show it, which gives us plenty of reason to stay away from TMX for a day or so.
