We're already unhappy with Tracy Morgan for cancelling his show at the Straz a week before his June 4 engagement, but the day before that he was bashing gays onstage in Nashville, and that, well, that's something The Juice* simply won't condone. That's low humor, Tracy. Low. And this is The Juice* telling you this!

Morgan was performing at the Ryman Auditorium when he went off on a tangent about homosexuals, saying, "Gays need to quit being p-----s and not be whining about something as insignificant as bullying." According to TMZ, he then added, "Gay is something that kids learn from the media and programming." Um, okay then.

But wait, there's more. Tracy said if his son turned out to be gay, he'd "better talk to me like a man and not in a gay voice or I'll pull out a knife and stab that little n----- to death." Do you think Morgan immediately felt bad about saying these things? "I don't f---ing care if I piss off some gays, because if they can take a f---ing d--- up their ass ... they can take a f---ing joke." Guess not. He did say sorry on Friday, though.

"I want to apologize to my fans and the gay & lesbian community for my choice of words at my recent stand-up act in Nashville. I'm not a hateful person and don’t condone any kind of violence against others," he said in a statement to Entertainment Weekly. "While I am an equal opportunity jokester, and my friends know what is in my heart, even in a comedy club this clearly went too far and was not funny in any context."

TMZ notes that Morgan has stirred up homophobic controversy before by saying being gay was a choice during a Carnegie Hall performance in 2009. Good thing this next season of 30 Rock may reportedly be its last. It may be over sooner for Tracy, though, since EW notes Tina Fey is an outspoken LGBT advocate. Too bad. We think he's really funny, otherwise.
