Usher's stepson dies after jetski accident, investigation continues
Singer Usher Raymond's 11-year-old stepson Kyle Glover died Sunday, two weeks after a jetski accident on Lake Lanier in Georgia. That may have serious consequences for the rider on the watercraft, according to a source familiar with the investigation.
TMZ says a family friend, Jeffrey Hubbard, was riding the jetski behind a pontoon Glover was on July 8, colliding with the tube and leaving the 11-year-old boy with severe head injuries and no brain activity. The site says Glover died from the injuries, which may affect the Georgia Department of Natural Resources' investigation when they submit the final report to the district attorney.
Glover was the stepson of Usher and Tameka Foster, whom the singer is in the middle of divorcing. Both sides agreed to put the court proceedings on hold after the accident. There is no timetable for the investigation report to be completed, TMZ adds.
