Vince Vaughn wants gay joke to stay in 'The Dilemma'

Vince Vaughn has finally issued a statement on his stance over the use of that gay joke in the trailer for The Dilemma, saying that calling electric cars gay is fundamental to bringing people together. Did you hear the one about the comedic actor who has a point, but will have his quote misconstrued by almost everyone who hears about it?

"Let me add my voice of support to the people outraged by the bullying and persecution of people for their differences, whatever those differences may be," Vaughn told "Comedy and joking about our differences breaks tension and brings us together. Drawing dividing lines over what we can and cannot joke about does exactly that; it divides us. Most importantly, where does it stop."

It apparently stops when GLAAD gets the joke pulled from not just the trailer, but the movie, too, because everyone is way to sensitive to anything and everything these days. It looks like the entire country forgot that comedy is, you know, making fun of something.
