White House stops photographer from peddling Hawaii photos of Sasha and Malia Obama
A paparazzo out waiting for Jessica Simpson to leave a hideway in Kailua Beach, Hawaii, got a call from the White House after he tried to sell photos he took of President Obama's daughters instead. What dad wouldn't give to have the kind of authority to keep people from looking at his daughters at the beach?
Celebuzz says that after the photographer took the shots of opportunity to news agencies, the president's people sent him a cease and desist letter. He had been waiting for the singer and Weight Watchers spokeswoman when the first family, who had been staying at an adjacent property, strolled by. He then took several photos of Sasha, 11, and Malia, 14.
"After he took the photographs, agents from the United States Secret Service came over and asked him for identification," a source told the site. Celebuzz has declined to name the photographer, but surely we can all agree the most shocking thing about all this that Jessica Simpson vacations next door to the president.
