• Judges in Yonkers and White Plains, N.Y., have issued bench warrants for DMX’s arrest after he failed to appear at court hearings for two separate driving offenses in the two cities, the AP reports. Because he was out clowning with the Ruff Ryders, no doubt.

• An L.A. judge signed off on Heather Locklear’s divorce from Richie Sambora, ending a court battle that started in February 2006, E! Online says. That was certainly plenty of time for the pair to find new TV gigs.

• Rapper Snoop Dogg entered a surprise no-contest plea to gun and drug charges in L.A., winning a three-year suspended sentence that will spare him jail time, Reuters reports. Now he only has about 14 other court dates to keep track of.
