Winona Ryder says Mel Gibson has long hated Jews, gays

We just got done dissecting the failure of Mel Gibson in our Juice*y Awards (read them on Friday), but things won't be getting better for him after Winona Ryder said she had experienced his homophobic, anti-Semitic rants years ago. Wow, having Winona Ryder dig into you is really a kick while you're down.

"I remember, like, fifteen years ago, I was at one of those big Hollywood parties. And he was really drunk," she told GQ, recounting basically any moment she was conscious in the 1990s. "I was with my friend, who's gay. He made a really horrible gay joke. And somehow it came up that I was Jewish. He said something about 'oven dodgers,' but I didn't get it. I'd never heard that before. It was just this weird, weird moment. I was like, 'He's anti-Semitic and he's homophobic.' No one believed me!"
Well, we find that pretty hard to believe. The fact that she'd never heard such horrible remarks about being Jewish, not that Mel hated Jews and gays. We all knew that already.
