Woody Harrelson, Martin Sheen part of Sept. 11 movie

The buzz about this year's Academy Awards is just now starting to gin up, so it's time for some big stars to put out their feelers to score some future Oscar bait, Woody Harrelson and Martin Sheen are doing it by starring in a Sept. 11 movie. Because the formula, as everyone knows, is Starpower + Tragedy = Oscar.

September Morn is supposed to be a movien "in the vein of Twelve Angry Men," reports. The movie will focus on an investigation after the attacks on Sept. 11, 2001. B.J. Davis will be directing Howard Cohen's script.

There's a laundry list of great actors here: Ed Asner, John Heard, Esai Morales, Daniel Sunjata and Judd Nelson are all on board. It's just that no matter how good they may be, we simply can't get excited about Sept. 11 movies. We watch movies to escape reality, not be reminded how terrible everything is.
