Fetty Wap: Motorcycle crash broke my leg in three places
Let's get right to it: Fetty Wap is going to live, everyone.
The Trap Queen rapper took to Instagram on Sunday to let the world know he’s going to be fine after surviving a motorcycle accident that landed him in a New Jersey hospital over the weekend.
“I appreciate all my fans praying for me, man,” Wap says in the video. “I had a little accident, but I’m straight. I mean, I broke my leg in three places, but I’ll be alright.”
Wap (nee Willie Maxwell) was trying to pass a vehicle in his hometown of Paterson, N.J., on Saturday when he collided with a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction, a witness tells TMZ.
To add insult to injury, the 25-year-old Wap was cited for driving without a license, not having insurance and failing to provide proof of registration, according to the Associated Press.
“Appreciate Ya so much for the prayers,” Wap wrote on Instagram. “They told me don’t make a video but I’m still breathing so I gotta let ya no I’ll be back.”
But hopefully not back on the road until he clears up a few things.
