Sorry, Brent Musberger. Katherine Webb and the quarterback who helped her become famous are making it official.
Former Crimson Tide hero AJ McCarron popped the question on Friday and the couple announced the news a short while later via what else but Twitter.
WE’RE ENGAGEDDD!!! @10AJMcCarron, the former Miss Alabama USA tweeted after her longtime BF asked her to be his wife. Webb also shared a photo of the ’Bama royalty hugging after the engagement. The captured moment may just be sweet enough to ease the 23-year-old baller’s pain after missing out on what could have been his fourth national title a mere three months ago.
Webb, 24, unknowingly stole the show during the 2013 BCS National Championship Game broadcast when ESPN commentator Musbgerer just couldn’t get enough of her out-of-this-world gorgeousness. His fascination sort of turned into a creepfest, and it launched Webb right into stardom. Musberger eventually apologized for being inappropriate, but Webb played it cool and said she didn’t mind the compliments. …Full Story
Will Full House reunions ever get old? We’re going to find out tonight.
Just months after Dannon Oikos teased us with a Super Bowl commercial featuring John Stamos, Bob Saget and Dave Coulier, Dancing With the Stars is jumping on the Full-House-is-cool train and planning another sitcom reunion.
The big question is: Who will show up to support Candace Cameron Bure as she dances with Mark Ballas tonight? Sources tell E! News that the entire cast has been invited, and they all said they want to be there. Whether or not they will, who knows?
“It’s the Most Memorable Year theme this week,” an insider said, “and there are definitely going to be a lot of tears, but also some really inspiring stories! Candace Cameron Bure is going to be talking about her days on Full House and the cast is going to be in the audience to support her.”
Two castmates already have checked in to bask in little D.J.’s glory. Lori Loughlin and Andrea Barber visited during rehearsals on Thursday.
Look who stopped by rehearsal! Cameron Bure captioned an Instagram photo. …Full Story
Jennifer Lawrence cleaned up, Robert Downey Jr. turned inspirational speaker and Mark Wahlberg finally — finally! — got slimed at the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards on Saturday night in Los Angeles.
According to Today, Hunger Games: Catching Fire came away the big winner with three blimps — favorite movie actress and favorite female buttkicker for Lawrence, plus best movie. Downey won favorite male buttkicker, and he sort of got all serious about it.
“This is the highest honor yet bestowed on me — I’m grateful, humble, the whole deal,” the Iron Man star said. “You know I wasn’t always a buttkicker. In fact, life has kicked my proverbial butt countless times in many ways for many years, until I decided one day to start kicking back. Now look at me!”
Downey, who has struggled with substance abuse, told the audience, “To all the kids around this wonderful blue planet, thank you for this awesome statue, and remember: When life is kicking your butt, never forget to kick it back right in the face.” …Full Story
The Porsche Paul Walker was riding in at the time of his death was being driven about 90 mph when the joyride went horribly wrong, killing the Fast & Furious actor and his friend, the Associated Press reports.
The Carrera GT supercar, driven by Roger Rodas, smashed into a light pole with a 45 mph speed limit sign on it. The vehicle caught fire and Walker, 38, and Rodas, 40, died at the scene. An investigation by law enforcement agencies ruled out mechanical problems as a cause of the Nov. 30 crash, and investigators say Rodas was driving between 81 and 94 mph when the sports car began to drift after coming out of a curve. The finding was based on a mark the car’s tires left on the road in Santa Clarita, about 30 miles outside of Los Angeles.
“The vehicle had no mechanical failure and the damage that occurred to the vehicle was from the collision,” accident reconstruction specialists with the Highway Patrol wrote. …Full Story
Poor Apple and Moses. Yes, because of their names, but also because parents Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin have announced their separation after a decade of marriage.
“It is with hearts full of sadness that we have decided to separate,” they announced in a post titled Conscious Uncoupling on the Oscar-winning actress’s lifestyle website Goop.
“We have been working hard for well over a year, some of it together, some of it separated, to see what might have been possible between us, and we have come to the conclusion that while we love each other very much we will remain separate. We are, however, and always will be a family, and in many ways we are closer than we have ever been,” they added.
“We are parents first and foremost, to two incredibly wonderful children and we ask for their and our space and privacy to be respected at this difficult time. We have always conducted our relationship privately, and we hope that as we consciously uncouple and co-parent, we will be able to continue in the same manner.”
All you Gwyneth haters may now rejoice in her sadness. …Full Story
We’re not sure why exactly Nick Cannon thought this was a good idea, but Mariah Carey’s husband took to Instagram on Sunday to share a photo of himself dressed in whiteface. The stunt was an effort to promote his new album White People Party Music, and it’s totally working because who knew that was a thing until right this very second?
“It’s official... I’m White!!!” Cannon captioned the crazy-looking snapshot. “#WHITEPEOPLEPARTYMUSIC #Wppm in stores April 1st!!!!!!Dude Go Get It!!!Join The Party!!!! #GoodCredit #DogKissing #BeerPong #FarmersMarkets #FistPumping #CreamCheeseEating #RacialDraft 'Bro I got drafted!!’”
Okay, the hashtags actually made us laugh out loud just now. As for the name of his Caucasian alter-ego? That would be Connor Smallnut.
“Introducing Connor Smallnut!! #wppm,” he captioned an Instagram video of himself as the character.
Cannon also shared a photo of Robert Downey Jr.’s blackface character from Tropic Thunder.
“Shout out to @RobertDowneyJr This is one of my favorite characters of all time! Hilarious!!!” wrote the America’s Got Talent host.

The star of the TV show Judge Joe Brown got a taste of his own judicial medicine on Monday.
Joe Brown, 66, was charged with five counts of contempt of court in Memphis, Tenn., after nearly inciting a riot when he showed up for work at Shelby County Juvenile Court. TMZ has obtained audio, and it’s not going to help Brown’s cause — he’s running in the Democratic primary for Shelby County district attorney general.
Brown was sentenced to five days in jail after blowing a gasket during a child support case, the Associated Press reports.
“He darn near caused a riot in the courtroom, he had people so inflamed,” said Dan Michael, chief magistrate judge of the Shelby County Juvenile Court.
Brown, whose show was canceled last year, was representing a woman who had been brought in on a warrant. His little meltdown included yelling and repeatedly challenging the authority of Magistrate Judge Harold “Hal” Horne, who charged him with contempt. Brown also addressed the spectators in the courtroom, which isn’t exactly kosher.
WREG-TV reported that Brown had been released from jail.Full Story
Dave Brockie, who as “Oderus Urungus” fronted the alien-costumed heavy metal band Gwar during graphic and fake-blood-soaked stage shows for more than three decades, has died. He was 50.
Officers were called to Brockie’s home Sunday evening and found the singer dead inside the home, Richmond, Va., police spokeswoman Dionne Waugh said Monday. Detectives don’t suspect foul play at this time, and the medical examiner’s office will determine cause of death, Waugh said.
The band founded in 1984 is known for its comically grotesque costumes, stage antics and vulgar lyrics. Gwar was nominated for a Grammy Award for best long-form music video in 1993 for Phallus in Wonderland but lost to Diva by Annie Lennox. It also was nominated for best metal performance for S.F.W. in 1996 but lost to Happiness In Slavery by Nine Inch Nails.
You could be forgiven for thinking Gwar was part of the Tampa Bay music community: The schlock-rockers from Richmond generally played Tampa Bay about once a year, each time drawing a devoted audience of Tampa. Last year, Cigar City Brewing and a Port Richey homebrewer even produced a Gwar-themed beer. …Full Story

OMG, you guys. O.M.G. We hope you’re sitting down because Mila Kunis is pregnant — we repeat, pregnant! — with Ashton Kutcher’s baby!
Yes, lovers o' gossip, That '70s Baby cometh! Deep breaths, everyone. Deep. Breaths.
Multiple sources confirm to Us Weekly that the betrothed couple are expecting their first child. The Ted actress was even spotted attending a prenatal yoga class in Hollywood, E! News reports, so that means it must be true!
“This is something they both wanted,” one insider told Us. “They are both so happy.”
The former That ’70s Show co-stars announced their engagement just one month ago, so it’ll be interesting to see if they try to race down the aisle before the big arrival. Kutcher is reportedly “very happy” with the news but isn’t about to go all crazy about it on social media.
“Ashton has been very private and cut off more than he usually is,” one insider said. “I know they are planning on being as quiet about their life together as possible.”
Apparently Ashton has been talking fatherhood with new dad Danny Masterson, who was part of the Mila-Ashton-Danny love triangle on That ’70s Show, so that feels a little weird. (Yes, we realize it’s fiction.) …Full Story
Justin Bieber (we’re sorry) has joined a very exclusive mile-high club.
The Biebs was tattooed at 40,000 feet by New York artist Bang Bang, because turbulence? Who cares!
Yes, the Biebs was inked on a flight to Canada just five days after his Miami Beach arrest, according to the New York Daily News. Bang Bang says he hopes they hold the record for the highest-altitude tattoo sesh.
“It was really difficult. The plane was shaking, so it’s like trying to do a tattoo while you’re driving over rocks … and so I have to compensate and be so, so accurate,” said Bang Bang, whose clients include Rihanna, Adele and Katy Perry. “… I didn’t anticipate it would be so difficult. This was the most difficult tattoo I’ve ever done for sure.”
And since you’re absolutely dying to know, Bieber got a black and grey cross tattooed on his chest and, get this, the word “Forgive” on his lower abdomen.
Band Bang’s going to contact Guinness World Records to see if the pair’s risky stunt — which went down on Bieber’s private jet — means they’ve won at stupidity.
“I’m trying to see if we broke a record because we filmed it and documented it,” Bang Band said.Full Story

The Spanish actress and her husband are now the proud parents of three, Hemsworth’s rep confirmed to E! News.
Daughter India Rose is almost 2, so things just got real interesting. But Hemsworth didn’t seem to be too stressed about it when talking to Parade magazine:
“I think [parenthood] brings out the child in all of us,” the Rush star said. “That’s what’s so beautiful. It reminds you of the fascination you had with things, and how you can spend hours just being with someone. It’s amazing.”

James Rebhorn, one of the busiest character actors in New York and Hollywood who specialized in flawed authority figures, including the bipolar father of a CIA agent in the HBO series Homeland, died on Friday at his home in South Orange, N.J. He was 65.
His death was confirmed by his wife, Rebecca Linn. He had melanoma.
An instantly recognizable face on stage and screen for more than three decades, Rebhorn was often typecast as WASP-ish businessmen, lawyers and cabinet ministers — powerful men whose dignified appearance often hid eccentricities, menace or even insanity.
On television, Rebhorn had a recurring part on the HBO show White Collar (2009-14) and, playing a district attorney, prosecuted the Seinfeld cast on that series’ 1998 finale. …Full Story
