Is Justin Bieber abusing drugs?
It was only a matter of time before rumors began to swirl that Justin Bieber has a drug problem.
Just last week his bestie Lil Za was arrested for ecstasy possessionduring a raid at Bieber's house, which was prompted by an egg-throwing incident that allegedly involved the pop star. Well now word on the Intertubes is that his handlers have been urging him to seek help for his own addiction.
The 20-year-old singer has developed a codeine habit in the form of sizzurp. That’s codeine and promethazine mixed with Sprite and a Jolly Rancher, for all of you normal folk out there who don’t have to know about this gross, gross concoction.
“Multiple credible, connected sources” tell TMZ that Justin is a fan of Actavis, a cough syrup with codeine, which apparently is top o’ the line stuff. A pint can cost $800, and you can’t get it over the counter.
That means Justin would have to get a prescription or score some from outside the country. The of-course-unnamed sources say he gets it from outside the states and drinks 8 to 12 ounces a day. They also say he’s been mixing in prescription pills, herb and alcohol, but not cocaine. We repeat, not cocaine.
Regardless of the NOT cocaine, this doesn’t sound like a recipe for making it past that cursed age of 27 there, guy.
