Seriously, pull the pants up.

Justin Bieber has reportedly apologized to President Bill Clinton after a video surfaced showing him spraying a photo of the former commander in chief with cleaning solution and shouting "F--- Bill Clinton!" As for that thing about urinating in a mop bucket at a restaurant before that, well, he must not be sorry for that.

The 19-year-old apparently spoke to Clinton after TMZ posted the video Wednesday, E! reports. That was confirmed on Twitter by Biebs, who wrote, "@billclinton thanks for taking the time to talk Mr. President. Your words meant alot. #greatguy"

A source told E! that Bieber was very sorry about it and saying he'd love to help with the Clinton Global Initiative somehow, if needed. Clinton reportedly responded by saying something to the effect of, "If that is the worst thing you have ever done, all is well," the site said. Because Bill knows all about squirting things in inappropriate places, don't he?
