Kanye West ordered to stay 10 yards from photographer

A judge ordered Kanye West to stay at least 10 yard away from a photographer the musician grabbed at LAX in July, but stopped short of ordering anger management classes. It must be perfectly normal to wrestle with people in airports.

A judge ruled earlier this week that West must keep away from Daniel Ramos, and vice versa, TMZ reports. The court also said prosecutors must give celeb defense lawyer Blair Berk all the information they have on the criminal battery case. When prosecutors asked that West be required to attend anger management classes as a condition of bail, however, the request was denied.

Berk will have an uphill battle in this case, because the prosecution has seven videos of the fight, when West allegedly grabbed Ramos, put him in a headlock and broke some camera equipment. A civil suit is pending, to which Kanye's lawyers have responded by saying the 36-year-old rapper was only defending himself. You know, from the spooky magic picture-taking machine the guy held.
