Khloe Kardashian buys Justin Bieber's mansion
What an excellent way to keep her name in the news! Khloe Kardashian has agreed to buy Justin Bieber’s Calabasas party pad — the mansion at the center of his egging investigation — for a mere $7.2 million.
“I’m very happy. It’s been a little hush-hush, but we’ve known for a little while,” neighbor and egging victim Suzie Schwartz told the New York Daily News on Thursday. “I’ll take a Kardashian over a Bieber any day of the week,” she said. “I’m sure she’s harmless. And I hope it’s great for her. I’m sure it will be great for us.”
The news comes about a month after Khloe sold her nearby Tarzana mansion — where she lived with estranged husband and former NBA player Lamar Odom — to Big Bang Theory actress and newlywed Kaley Cuoco.
Bieber bought the home in The Oaks gated community in 2012 but quietly put it on the market after all the crazy that unfolded there in January (e.g. egging, raid, drug arrest).
Former Oaks resident Keyshawn Johnson, once a Tampa Bay Buccaneer, who was pretty vocal about his disapproval of Bieber’s loud partying and reckless driving, moved out of the neighborhood recently after selling his home to none other than Kourtney Kardashian, which means the sisters and BFFs will soon be neighbors, too.
So now all The Oaks is missing is Kim! Maybe she’ll move in after the wedding.
