La Toya Jackson plans reality show with Michael's three kids on Oprah Winfrey Network
We figured Michael Jackson’s family would one day exploit the late singer’s three children, but we really didn’t think it would be La Toya. Wouldn’t you know, though, but she’s busy doling them out to media outlets and is even planning a reality TV show. Oh, please say you’ll be on Bravo, reality show ...
The New York Post says La Toya wasted no time getting cozy with the three — Prince, 16; Paris, 15; and (shudder) Blanket, 10 — after her brother died. There were “lots of ice cream and cookies involved,” a source told the tabloid.
“They needed comfort with everyone showing their wild side, so they watched television together, they listened to music and they talked about what Mike would want. Mostly, it was Toya doing all the talking.”
It seems La Toya got all three to agree to be a part of her Ja-Tail Entertainment umbrella, which has all of three members in its talent stable — namely Prince, Paris and Blanket. Now she has Prince working as a correspondent on Entertainment Tonight and appearing on 90210 (which was just canceled, b-dubs), has a movie deal for Paris and is working on getting all three on a reality show. It would feature the trio, plus La Toya, natch, and grandma Katherine.
“Toya’s working it. It’s because (Katherine) can’t say no to her,” a source said. Word is that Paris doesn’t want to do a reality show, making her the smartest one in this group, but La Toya managed to talk Prince into the ET things. Besides, Oprah Winfrey’s OWN is already a front-runner to get the show. Aw, sorry about that, Bravo.
