Lindsay Lohan destroys $1,750 dress from Charlie Sheen
For some reason, people still think Lindsay Lohan is some kind of star, so they keep doing things like lending her $1,750 gowns to wear to charity galas. But as Charlie Sheen learned, cutting a deal with Theia to get her the floor-length, beaded gown was a pretty bad mistake, because she had a friend take scissors to it.
Sheen got celebrity stylist Phillip Bloch to work with Lohan and got Theia to loan her the dress for the Feb. 6 amFAR event in New York, but when Lohan turned up at a club afterward, things went downhill.
“She said that the dress had ripped — she couldn’t possibly wear it like that — so her stylist friend went to the club bouncer and requested some scissors to repair the torn part of the dress,” a source told Us Weekly. “But what bouncer has scissors?” The dress ended up being cut in half, which the magazine showed. “She turned it into a mullet! Only a fashiony person would do that! She’s out of control and behaving really badly.”
See, the problem is that Sheen had offered to pay for half of the dress before the event. LiLo apparently thought that meant she could keep half of the dress. That’s our explanation, anyway.
