Get ready to shout "Mo Joe."

Sure, the live-action installments of 1980s cartoon staple G.I. Joe have been awful, but you know what? When the new sequel, G.I. Joe: Retaliation rakes in $132 worldwide on opening weekend, that means more are on the way. Prepare yourselves.

Paramount has already greenlit a third movie in the franchise, Variety reports, deciding by Sunday morning that topping its $130 million budget in just one weekend means the second movie deserves a friend. G.I. Joe: Rise of the Cobra pulled in $303 million globally by the end, and Retaliation is on track to top $410 million.

We all there's a built-in fanboy audience for these flicks, especially when Bruce Willis and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson joins the fun. Throw in sky-high 3D tickets and you know they're going to practically print money. And knowing is half the battle.
