Paris Hilton’s brother Barron Hilton may sue Lindsay Lohan over assault
Paris Hilton’s brother Barron Hilton was beaten up during a party at a ritzy Star Island mansion in Miami on Friday, the Associated Press reports. And according to TMZ, Barron says Lindsay Lohan was behind the attack — because of course.
Witnesses said the attacker, who the New York Daily News has named as New Yorker Ray LeMoine, asked Hilton to leave and hit him with an unknown object, according to the police report. The next day, Hilton posted an Instagram photo showing the damage to his face. “No one f---s with my family and gets away with it,” Paris wrote on Instagram the day after his photo was posted. Sources say Paris met up with a lawyer Saturday afternoon to help her brother out.
LeMoine, who rented the mansion where the group of friends was staying, apparently took that to heart, because the Daily News says he’s fleeing to Cuba.
“I’m scared of the Hiltons … so I am seeking refuge in Cuba,” LeMoine told the paper. “Castro hates the Hiltons and took their Havana hotel in 1959 as a base after conquering Cuba, so they are stoked I’m coming down to hate capitalism. Viva la Lohan!”
When LeMoine asked a group who wasn’t supposed to be staying at the house to leave, Hilton, 24, asked LeMoine, “Don’t you know who I am? Do you know who my sister is?”
He pushed LeMoine, who then hit him, the source says.
So here’s where Lindsay comes in, though LeMoine denies her involvement: Hilton told police that Lilo walked up to him with LeMoine and screamed, “You talk s--- about me to my boyfriend, this is what you get.” Hilton says LeMoine then started beating him as Lindsay looked on, laughing.
Lindsay’s dad Michael Lohan (he’s baaack) tells TMZ she had nothing to do with it, natch. He insists Lindsay didn’t want any trouble and had people removed from the house before any of this happened. He also claims Lindsay left before the fight.
The only issue: A video floating around on the Interwebs allegedly shows Lilo arguing with Hilton outside the mansion after the smackdown.
Looks like there's a solid chance this Mean Girl could be headed back to her most frequented hangout: court.
