Paul Walker was worth $25 million when he died, and — surprise! — there are questions regarding who will have control of his estate.

Walker, 40, did have a will at the time of his fatal car accident in November, and in the will he said he wants his 15-year-old daughter Meadow to have all of the money, TMZ reported, citing a copy of the document.

Seems pretty simple. But Meadow is a minor, so who is her guardian and who is the custodian of the $25 million?

The late Fast & Furious star’s daughter was staying with her dad when he died, and now she’s living with her mom, Rebecca Soteros, in Hawaii. But here’s where the questions come into play:

Walker’s dad, Paul Walker III, was named executor of the will. He filed the document with the court and petitioned to have Walker’s mother Cheryl named Meadow’s guardian and the custodian of the $25 million, per his son’s request.

No word on whether Soteros is fighting the petition, but a hearing is scheduled for later this month.
