Riff Raff wants $10 million for his persona getting ripped off by 'Spring Breakers'

Former MTV reality star and oft-unemployed rapper Riff Raff is suing the producers of the Tampa Bay-filmed flick Spring Breakers because he thinks he's the basis of James Franco's character Alien. We don't know if you'd really want to make that your claim to fame, y'all.

TMZ says the erstwhile Jody Christian is suing for $8 to $10 million over the alleged theft, which he doesn't necessarily blame on Franco. "James Franco is cool," he told TMZ in a video outside of an L.A. club (watch that on the jump). "He drops four or five movies a year. He has money. It's not about him. I just need my money."

Then the From G's to Gents refugee's reasoning really hits another level:

"It's like if I have a front yard," he said. "And you're planting soil and you're planting trees and building peaches and houses and selling parking lots on my property ... then I deserve to be compensated for some portion of that money."

That's like saying Jamie Foxx ripped off President Obama in White House Down because he played a black president. Mr. Raff did say he liked the movie though, and was "looking very forward to Spring Breakers Part 2."
