Taylor Swift is angry at Tina Fey and Amy Poehler for some reason

Take it easy, Tay. Nothing personal.

It must be a real curse to be Taylor Swift, because the whole world is out to get you. That’s what she believes, anyway; Even Tina Fey and Amy Poehler have it in for her, poor little lamb. But she tells Vanity Fair she’s not taking things lying down, so to speak.

“You know, Katie Couric is one of my favorite people,” she said after the mag asked about Fey and Poehler joking around at the Golden Globes about Swift’s boyfriends. “Because she said to me she had heard a quote that she loved, that said, ‘There’s a special place in hell for women who don’t help other women.’”

Swift spent a lot of time whining about this subject, because Fey dared to suggest maybe Swift take a few months off the dating scene. (Poehler, for one, handled the situation with aplomb, telling THR, “Aw, I feel bad if she was upset. I am a feminist and she is a young and talented girl. That being said, I do agree I am going to hell. But for other reasons. Mostly boring tax stuff.”)

“If you want some big revelation, since 2010 I have dated exactly two people,” Swift said. Those two people are Conor Kennedy and Harry Styles. “The fact that there are slide shows of a dozen guys that I either hugged on a red carpet or met for lunch or wrote a song with ... it’s just kind of ridiculous. It’s why I have to avoid the tabloid part of our culture, because they turn you into a fictional character.”

Maybe the obsession it’s because that list has included Jake Gyllenhaal, Taylor Lautner, Joe Jonas and John Mayer. If she was dating the guy at Starbucks or Bill from accounts receivable it wouldn’t be such a problem. But why the Tina and Amy hate? If anything, they were just giving you advice. Good advice. Take a break, already.

And quit telling magazines how hard it is to make millions of dollars and drink lavender lemonade in your “Tim BurtonAlice in Wonderland–pirate ship–Peter Pan” apartment. That’s how she actually described her place. And she wonders why there’s a media backlash against her.
