Lisa Robin Kelly, the actress who played Topher Grace's older sister on That '70s Show, has died, TMZ reports. She was 43.

The site says she died in her sleep Wednesday night at a California rehab. She had checked herself in voluntarily earlier this weak for alcoholism. "She had been fighting demons for a while and finally lost her battle," her agent said.

Kelly had been in and out of rehab, and had been in the news for widely publicized fights with her husband, Robert Gilliam. Gilliam allegedly had beaten her last May to get cash from residuals to the show, and got 35 days in jail and three years of probation for domestic battery. Kelly filed for divorce in July, TMZ says.

Her new boyfriend had transported her to the rehab facility on Monday. Kelly suffered a cardiac arrest two days later.
